Modo law is very delighted to welcome Maarten Bentein (as from the 1st of August 2021) and Michiel Verraes (as from the 1st of September 2021) as new members.

Michiel and Maarten will lead the restructuring / insolvency team assisting clients in diverse matters including company reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, judicial debt restructuring, judicial transfer of assets, bankruptcy, (judicial) dissolutions, and directors’ liability.
